The authenticity of Puglia

Tradition, folklore, heritage, wine-gastronomy: Apulia is a multi-faceted diamond. It is an authentic land able to maintain intact its identity and to be opened to tourism with care and competence thanks to an amazing territory in every respect.

From “Puglia Imperiale”with cathedrals and castles to the most typical one with trulli and ancient farmhouses. From the gastronomic Apulia to the one of fun thanks to the beach clubs and the cruises on boat.

Here we have a program that allows you to explore this land which has much to offer.

Top destination Apulia: incentive program

DAY 1.

Walking Tour of Bari Vecchia, the old town. Thanks to its narrow streets and maze of alleys, you will live a trip back in time. You will meet women preparing the typical “orecchiette” pasta directly on the streets. You will also walk through picturesque streets surrounded by flower
pots and clothes laid to dry.

In the afternoon, you will live the unique experience of a cooking class held inside a private house with a local chef. The main focus of this experience is authenticity: you will be welcomed not in a cooking school but in a local house. Let’s have fun cooking a typical Apulian dish helped by the locals. At the end, dinner all together of what you cooked.

DAY 2.

Daily excursion on boatleaving from Monopoli to Polignano a Mare and Santo Stefano. Enjoy a dip off the crystal clear Apulian water with its green and blue shades. Then, lunch on board. Relax admiring the caves dug by waves and wind erosion. A refreshing goodbye cocktail at sunset.

Gala Dinner in Polignano a Mare with a spectacular view on Lama Monachile. Awesome rock walls overhanging the sea and the picturesque bay which characterizes the town.

DAY 3.

E-bike Tour through Valle d’Itria, visiting the amazing Alberobello – World Heritage Site by UNESCO – with its characteristic trulli. You will be impressed by the unique view that you will find at your arrival: hundreds of houses with typical cone shape in front of you. After enjoying a good Italian coffee among the trulli, the tour continues exploring the surrounding area with stops in the suggestive villages of Locorotondo and Cisternino.

Lunch in the countryside in a typical farmhouse surrounded by century-old olive trees. There will be also a visit to the ancient Pranzo underground oil mill.
